Part A: About orders
1.Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Normally we accept payment by T/T, L/C, Western Union, etc.

2.Q: What is your minimum order?
A: We operate orders from one full 20-feet container (1/20'). Your orders can include different products.

3.Q: What is the standard thickness for tiles?
A: In China the standard thickness for granite tiles is 1,2 cm and 1,8 cm. The standard thickness for marble tiles is 1,8cm.

4.Q: How could I receive a sample from you?
A: Normally we supply samples of our stone for free. We ask the Consignee to pay the delivery, though. We use express-mail services, such as DHL and TNT to send samples. Sometimes, it's necessary to provide your customer identification number with the express-mail service.
